EFT also known as emotional freedom technique is a simple yet powerful tool to releasing stress and anxiety. It combines principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.
Research Shows that tapping calms the amygdala in the brain, regulates our nervous system, and reduces stress and anxiety.
April is Autism Awareness month and I plan to do “Emotional Wellness Series” for 30 days for the full month from 4pm to 4:15 pm IST.
We will tap on topics that parents typically come to me for such as
- Overwhelm after a diagnosis
- Accepting the diagnosis
- Working on the thoughts “Am I doing the right treatment or therapy for my child?”
- Working on releasing the frustration on those days when there are tantrums and it drains your energy
- Working on thoughts “Will my child be comfortable with transitions?”
- Working on thoughts “My child is not improving at the pace at which I want”
- Working on thoughts “Am I a good parent ? Am I doing enough?”
And so many more.
The event will happen LIVE for 15 minutes. If you cannot attend while the event is on, recording will be available with the participant for a day. This is not a one to one session. And tapping will be done on generally and not specifically with individual people.
Recordings of all days will be uploaded to my youtube membership channel.
